CA Energy Bites


  • 1 c. dried figs chopped
  • 1 c. dried apricots chopped
  • 1/2 c. raw whole almonds chopped
  • 1/4 c. shredded coconut optional


  • Pulse the figs, apricots and almonds together in a food processor until finely chopped.  Roll into balls.  If desired, they can also be rolled in the coconut.  Refrigerate.
