- 1 c. gin
- 6 whole cardamom pods
- 1/2 c. grapefruit juice
- 1/4 c. simple syrup
- Prosecco to taste
- 1 slice fresh grapefruit
- In a small jar with an airtight lid, add the gin and cardamom pods. Seal and store for 24 hours.
- To make the cocktail, pour the infused gin, simple syrup and grapefruit juice over ice in a cocktail shaker and shake to combine.
- Divide the mixture into 2 rocks glasses filled with fresh ice. Top with Prosecco and garnish with small slice of grapefruit.
