Cardamom Infused Gin with Grapefruit Juice


  • 1 c. gin
  • 6 whole cardamom pods
  • 1/2 c. grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 c. simple syrup
  • Prosecco to taste
  • 1 slice fresh grapefruit


  • In a small jar with an airtight lid, add the gin and cardamom pods. Seal and store for 24 hours.
  • To make the cocktail, pour the infused gin, simple syrup and grapefruit juice over ice in a cocktail shaker and shake to combine.
  • Divide the mixture into 2 rocks glasses filled with fresh ice. Top with Prosecco and garnish with small slice of grapefruit.
