Cinnamon Rolls with Ice Cream Caramel
- 1 pkg. Rhodes frozen cinnamon rolls
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 2 T. butter
- 1/2 c. vanilla ice cream
- Put the frozen cinnamon rolls in a greased 9” x 13” pan.
- Melt the butter and ice cream then add the sugar. Boil for 1 minute. Pour the mixture over the rolls. Put the pan in a cold oven overnight.
- In the morning, remove the rolls from the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake the rolls for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the rolls from the oven and let cool slightly. You can use the icing included with the rolls to spread over the rolls or invert them over a platter to serve with caramel side up.
