1 cup Fresh crab
2 T chives (or scallions)
Salt & Pepper
- Cut supremes of the grapefruit (see our tutorial on how to cut supremes) and slice the avocados
- Reserve half of the grapefruit supremes and avocado slices for garnish. Cut the remaining half of each.
- Toss chopped grapefruit and avocado with the crab and diced chives (or scallions).
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place a scoop of the salad on a plate and garnish with the reserved grapefruit supremes and avocado slices
Hosting a dinner party or cocktail hour?
Serve the chopped salad in lettuce cups or on crostini, then garnish for a quick appetizer
