Energy Bars


  • 1 c. dates pitted
  • 1 c. raw whole almonds
  • 1 c. dried cranberries
  • 1 T. flax seeds
  • 1 T. chia seeds
  • 2 T. agave nectar


  • Pulse the dates and almonds in a food processor until chopped.  Add the cranberries, flax seeds, chia seeds and agave nectar.  Pulse until ingredients are combined.
  • Line an 8” x 8” pan with parchment paper.  Dump the ingredients into the pan.  Press down firmly using a square of parchment paper.
