Pumpkin Pie Filling

2 (15 oz.) cans pumpkin

3 c. sugar

3 T. flour

3/4 tsp. salt

3/4 tsp. nutmeg

3/4 tsp. cinnamon

3/4 tsp. allspice

3/4 tsp. ground ginger

1/4 tsp. ground cloves

3 c. evaporated milk

3 beaten eggs

Combine everything together adding the eggs last.

Pour the filling into uncooked pie crusts.  Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
