1/3 c. sour cream
4 T. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 lb. thinly sliced deli roast beef
Bring the cream cheese to room temperature. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, horseradish and pepper. Spread about 1 T. of the mixture on each roast beef slice. Roll up all the slices then refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes. Slice the rolls into 1” pieces to serve.
